Robin Liu

Hello!

I’m an aspiring mechanical design engineer based in Canada.

I grew up in Calgary, Alberta, and I went to the University of Waterloo to study mechanical engineering. While there I was a part of Waterloo Rocketry, a student design team which designs, builds, and launches high-powered rockets. I also interned at five different organizations for a total of 2 years during the course of my studies, with the last being at Apple as a product design intern.

After working at a large engineering consulting firm for 1.5 years, I enrolled at the University of Toronto where I received a Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, researching microrobotics. I now work full time as a product design engineer at Apple.

I’m an avid rock climber, and I love to practice my photography when I travel.
